Choir

By Kara Dorsery

Sophomore

The first choir concert is on December 17th, which is the Winter Holiday concert. It is the first one and is sure to be great. It is a very dedicated group of singers. Everyone has their own special talent that they bring to the choir room. From singing a beautiful latin song to a song from Les Mis, the choir is sure to impress. Some songs that will be performed are by Elvis Presley, one from the soundtrack of Les Mis, and even a song from the Grinch. You will have to come to the concert to see just which songs are being performed!

The choir does work very hard to hit the notes spot on, but what people don’t see is the wild side. The choir group is no ordinary choir, they debate on how the shirts should be designed based on how good they will look on them! :) There are many great friendships in choir. Such as Conor and Sean (Picture 1). They have their own little inside jokes and are constantly laughing; they never fail to make the teacher, Ms. Hollenbeck, laugh. They are the students that all start singing a Taylor Swift song when one person comes in humming it. They all have booming personalities and caring hearts that can easily be seen through their kindness and friendship with each other.

They have many surprises in store for their concerts, so be ready!
