Blueberry-Chia Brain Booster Smoothie

Are you stressing out about an upcoming test, quiz or exam
because you don’t test well? We’ve all been there. If that is
becoming a trouble though, then you should “cut through morning
brain fog with this sweet and satisfying drink. Chia seeds deliver
a healthful dose of concentration-sharpening omega-3 fatty
acids, and the sources of thee smoothie’s purple hue (antioxidant
anthocyanins found in the blueberries) have been shown to
benefit circulation, vision, and brain activity.”
You Will Need:
• 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
• 1 banana
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 tablespoon honey
All you need to do:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and mix for 30 seconds
or until the smoothie is smooth. This will make 3 cups of
